upload videos and earn?possible to earn instantly?

Hi! I have been through site like Clipta.com which paid me 3 times but it is not paying at present since 6 months to the people who are working with that site now. So, Is there any website which just pays to upload Videos? If so, please, I need to start. Help me. Thanks.

I just joined Clipta.com but I haven't uploaded a lot. I haven't gotten paid since I just got started. But you could upload your videos to Blip.TV and earn money that way. As long as it's your own content you can make money and they pay through PayPal. If you get over $25.00 they'll pay you via PayPal, they pay quarterly.
