Approprite Time for myLotting

What is the appropriate time for you to myLot? I prefer it after night 9 O'clock. When I have finished almost all the works for the day and I have free time to concentrate on something. Because, one of the most important prerequisites for myLotting is that your mind must be alert and free from any disturbance. The alertness of your mind has a direct bearing on the quality of your myLotting. The strong and energetic mind help you think deeply on the subject of myLotting. Your power of imagination can be utilized optimum when you have leisure time and fresh mind. Early morning is another time I find very suitable for myLotting. But due to office time and family activities I am hardly able to make use of my morning hours. What is your opinion? What is the most suitable time for you?
