Exercises for pregnant woman

What do you think most appropriate exercises for pregnant woman?

Walking is usually a good exercise for everyone no matter what! IT's difficult to hurt yourself if you are just walking. I'm thinking that some sort of water dancing classes or water aerobics might be good as well. It's easier on the back and joints when you exercise in teh water. I'd check with the doctor first though!

Abdominal exercises are the most common programs that are given to pregnant women because abdominal muscles are most vulnerable when stretched as the belly grows. Breathing exercise is important too.
