How can I monetize my blog?

I just started my first blog in bloggers... I can't monetize it with google adsense... My publishers id is disabled. I don't know how and why... Is there any other way to monetize a blog beside google adsense? And the minimum payout there is too high for a beginner like me. please help...

you can try bidvertiser, adgitize too. right now i'm earning from paid-to-promote. they pay me every time i receive traffic from other countries. i just posted their links in my blog and every 15th and 30th of the month, i get paid. check out my site.
