Does anyone who has lost a significant amount of weight have any weight loss tips?

I have went from a size 28 to a 20 fairly easily, to my surprise. I just use hand and ankle weights and do some basic exercises EVERY NIGHT! I don't deny myself any type of food at all - not even chocolate or pop. I just eat and drink less of the bad stuff and more of the good stuff. I am so happy with what I have done so far and I can't wait to see how I look when I am done with the weight loss!
