So far, 2lbs in a week! That's actually quite an achievement having gained so much everyday for the last 12 months and never losing any. I did exert efforts to exercise, cut off my carbs and the amount of intake. And I try to drink lots and lots of water. I found I actually decreased my cravings

2 pounds is awesome!! Better than 2 pounds gained huh? I am like you, I just kept gaining and gaining. I have medical problems that contribute to my weight gain and it has been extra hard for me to lose weight- every time I try it has not been working--- SOOOO this time instead of focusing on my diet, I am focusing on my exercising. I eat 1500 cals or less without trying really, although sometimes I have to remind myself not to eat something (like sweets late at night, etc.). But recently I have started multi muscle walking, I have done 27 miles in 7 days and I weigh in Friday. My last weigh in was last Friday and sadly I had gained a few pounds- I have NO idea why, but hopefully I will see results this week!! Good luck to you on your weight loss!!

So far since about a week after Thanksgiving I have lost a little over 13 pounds. However I haven't weighed myself in a couple of days. That is about two pounds a week, which is considered healthy weight loss. Just about forty more pounds to go.

I began a new plan on January 1, and so far I have lost 7 pounds. I made up the plan myself ... I have been on weightwatchers previously, and been unable to stick with it, but this way is a lot easier. I alternate diet days with "normal eating" (NOT binge) days. On diet days I have no more than 10 points (i.e. mainly vegetables, a salad with a small can of tuna added, a poached egg or two, that sort of thing). On the next day I eat normally. It is working well and I am finding I am no hungrier than usual on my eating days. I don't tend to eat anything extravagant. I have a lot to lose but with this easy way of dieting I feel confident I can stick to this indefinitely, and so get to goal for the first time in many years. I am what they call morbidly obese (don'cha just love the medical profession's terms) and have to more than halve my weight :-( BUT I AM GOING TO!

I am a true believer in Weight Watchers and after the birth of my 3rd little girl 7 months ago I started doing it again and lost the majority of my pregnancy weight, a little over 30 pounds and then I hit a stand still and started to do the Vinegar diet. It's the true vinegar you get at a health food store and it has the "mother" in it and you drink half a shot glass full like 10 minutes before you eat and it curbs your appetite, this really worked and i lost 7 pounds doing this and then someone told me about cabbage soup diet, so I tried that as well and I have lost 4 pounds doing that all the while too staying within my range for weight watchers and also excersing on my treadmill everyday!

I began last wk, so far lost 6lbs, i only drink black coffee in breakfast, and eat very very few in dinner, like lettuce with lemon, and 1 slice ham...I like yogurt, but i changed to eat all natural yogurt...of course no snakes during day, and at least 2L water per day. I think i will keep like this until losing 20lbs...
