I just want to share with you guys an email I received from Paypal Wishlist. I hope this information will help us confirm that it wasn't really a scam after all.

Hi (Insert name here),
Did your friends take your hint to buy you gifts you asked for using your PayPal WishList you created in Facebook? We sure hope so! And just as we've promised, you've earned some cash for helping us spread the word about the PayPal WishList app. We also hope you've enjoyed using it.
The cash you've earned from the WishList promotion will be credited into your PayPal account. (If you don't see the earnings just yet, it means we're still working on it and we'll credit it to your account shortly.) To claim your money, log in to your account and click "Accept" next to the earnings - you'll have 30 days to claim your money.
You can treat yourself or spend it on others. There are thousands of websites that accept PayPal. Here are some ideas to get you started:
Shop with confidence on PayPal's Asia Mall, featuring some of our trusted Asian merchants.
Find great offers on eBay Daily Deals.
Shop with well-known brand names in the US on PayPal Shopping.com or from Europe at our Global Shopping Hub. Remember if your seller doesn't ship from the US to your country, you can always use comGateway to help.

Hi hexeduser22, it's good to hear that someone somewhere recieved money for their efforts. I also have an account on facebook paypal wishlist, but till now i've not recieved such email from them. How much points have you reached? And how long have you had the wishlist app in fb? I sure would do with such a payment. Anyways, enjoy your good fortune. Thank you.

I haven't received anything yet, just the e-mail. I think I have about $7 in there, it's not that big but it's still money

i also received an email from paypal wishlist but when I checked my paypal account, there's no earnings there.

hi there! i got same email too from paypal ., but it's not yet credited to my account ., i also post discussions a minute ago regarding this cause i thought there is no discussions yet about this paypal wishlist., sorry for that ., anyway i hope paypal will work on it and credit the amount given to us ., thanks a lot for posting and sharing ., have a nice day ahead!

I too wasn't aware that there were discussions like this before I posted this one. I used the search bar to see if there was one but it didn't showed me anything until I posted this and saw similar discussions made an hour before I posted this. Now this is in danger of being deleted but I'm hoping it wont because I've added some details in here.
Anyway I think no one had ever received anything as of late but I will surely update you all when there is an activity in my account

I do received the same email but upon checking my paypal account, the payment is not yet there. I have not receive any payment yet. With their email, they said that they'll be sending the payment "shortly" because they are still working on it, I just don't know how long the short they are trying to say. Just hope that before the day ends today, I'll be able to receive the payment.

I'm doubting if anyone could claim it today but I'm pretty sure it would be process before the 30 day claiming period is over and I'm guessing it would be in February

thanks for updating paypal wishlist news...btw i have received that mail too but it seem strange,according to term in paypal wishlist that they would credited our account before the end of February.Let we see next.

Yes I think they would credit it in February. I think the e-mail was used to notify us that they are processing the accounts now and a confirmation that we will get paid

I got the same email too. I'm confident that it's not a phishing site because the domain is the exact domain of paypal. Just like the others here, I don't have the funds on my account yet, but since it's legitimate, I'm expecting my earnings to reach my account within this day. Congratulations to everyone here who also earn from paypal wishlist.

It's the same for all people at least in this discussion, they've noted that if you don't find your earnings then they are still processing it. Read the email again and you'll see or read it in here for I pasted the whole email here
