There are many ways people try to do in order to lose weight. But, what is really the best solution to a successful weight management? I don't really have weight problems but I have friends who do have these, and I have observed and witness how they go about these problems ..... to a success. The answer is ..... "appetite reduction". Yes, easier said than done. Seems really hard to actually put this to application. We all know that it really takes so much effort, and discipline of course, to really lessen or control our appetite for food. But, that is no longer a problem.

losing weight is easy but to maintain your desired weight is hard. it requires a lot of self determination and perseverance.

YES REDUCING WEIGHT IS EASIER TASK,but becoming thin will not be an easier task.you can decrease your weight by doing regular exercises and you should always try to do things quickly in the sense you should move fastly and should not sit always like an elephant.in order to be healthy you should be very active which in turn results in the decrease of weight and become thin.eat food with more nutrition instead of eating junk foods, this and that.take always friut juices,soops,salads,.. thats the way you can do

I will somehow agree with you. I'm not overweight but appetite is the suspect that we should stop! hehehe... It keeps on draining money from my wallet everytime I see a delicious food and stuff. It's more of satisfying your appetite and not your hunger. btw I heard there are prescribed medicines that can be used to reduce appetite.
