Hi, this is Nicole from Rent a Coder. I'd like to point out a few issues with sites like oDesk since those issues could influence earnings. First, oDesk charges 10% in worker fees. (3% if you pay for upgraded membership). Second, workers on oDesk cannot place more than 2 bids a month unless they take certain tests or receive feedback on a certain number of projects. Experience tells us that it takes many bids to land just one job. With limited opportunities, you may not be successful with a service that limits your ability to bid. Third, oDesk doesn't offer escrowing on a pay-for-delieverables projects. It doesn't offer arbitration at all either, which could prevent you from getting rightfully paid for the work you do. I invite everyone to compare the 7 major services through this link to learn even more: http://www.rentacoder.com/RentACoder/DotNet/misc/CompetitorInformatin/WhyRentACoder_ForSellers.aspx If you have any questions, please let me know. You can also call in to talk to a facilitator 7 days a week, or email us (see http://www.rentacoder.com/RentACoder/misc/Feedback.asp). Nicole www.rentacoder.com

odesk is great freelancing site. You have to bid there, and you should have fill up good profile and you should give their tests too. some of odesk test preparation guide is given in mxmtec.blogspot.com if your profile is 100% and you have lots of portfolios, then there is chance of getting projects.
