who would have thought that the famous siomai of the Chinese would simply be the delicacy of my place, the barangay(not all is familiar with the term) where i live... everybody from different areas of cebu, the city i live in the philippines, knows the famous "sioamian sa tisa". some travel from far away place to taste it. and i am 1 of the fortunate people who happend to have it just right outside my gate. around a minute walk where i always can decide whethere to have it in my breakfast, lunch till dinner, or even midnight snacks. the sellets works in shiftings. for those who are wondering what im talking about, its a meatball with added taste of shrimp in it wraped in a siomai wraper, and the highlight of it? is its spicy sauce. you have an opion whether you want it with soysauce w/c i so much prefer! then with the hanging rice, and with my favorite ice cold soda w/c makes my meal perfect. so if there would be any case for you to visit cebu, try to look for the famouse "siomaian sa tisa"...its right where i live!

I heard a lot of times about Siomai sa Tisa but I couldn't really find time to buy and eat one. Someday I'll try to buy some, Anyway, it's sold all over Cebu City.
