Nowadays, people use their smartphones or PDAs to help them manage their lives - from financial management to to-do list. I am one of those people who make use of technology to help me with my daily chores too. Yes, I do make lists in my PDA so that I won't forget things. I also turn to using some memory skills to help me remember. There are lots of books out there which serve to teach you memory skills.

Check out Kevin Trudeau's book called "Mega Memory". In the book, Kevin teaches several methods of remembering names, things to do, and the like. I especially like his innovative pegging system, whereby you peg things that you want to remember onto something familiar, like furntiture in your home.

I usually forget things easily so what I usually do to not to forget things is that I write some important things on my cellphone and sometimes, put an alarm on so that there would really be no reason for me to forgets about such important things.
