Grandma hates cats so much!

We always leave the door hanging open during the day. One day, a cat sneaked inside the house and ate the fish on the table. No one was in the living room so no one saw her come in. When my grandmother finally got out of her room, she was welcomed by the sight that she didn't want to see. From then on, she started throwing objects on every cat that would come to wait for food. She would hit them with really hard sticks. She even said once that she would literally kill them if she sees them eat our food again. She has never really been an animal lover. Honestly, it irritates me when she does that, because those cats really get hurt.
No matter how much we tell her to stop it, she wouldn't. She's really rude to cats (she even beat our dogs before), and she wouldn't change. How do you deal with a situation like this? I remember what my sister said before, "How can I volunteer for PAWS if my own grandmother abuses cats?"

Hey mj! If I saw someone in my family doing something like that
I would hit them with a stick and see how they liked it! I
don't care if it was my grandmother! I have no tolerance for
anyone no matter who they are that abuses animals in any way!
I think that you have got find a way to stop your grandmother
from doing this before she kills one of the cats! How can you
just stand by while she beats these poor innocent animals! They
don't understand what they are doing is wrong! Your grandmother
is wrong and mean! You have got to get through to her somehow!
I could not stand to let someone do that and not stop them!

The same thing with my mother she hate the cat feces and she do not like the smell that eventually she would ask another neighbor to adopt the cat. especially if the cat is female they would likely get pregnant and she afraid the cat population would increase within a short span of time thus we could no longer feed them.

Sometimes it is heartbreaking when there are people like that. Sometimes it can be difficult to get through to them. I would be ferious and even if she was family, wouldn't allow near me or defencless animals. I Love cats so much And I would do what I could to protect them regardless of who the person was. Poor kitty cat.
