Is it just me or isnt there something more important you should be doing?

Why is it that even though i know that there is something i probably should be doing i find myself doing absolute nonsense on the computer, not that im calling this nonsense. I cant be the only one with this problem.

you are not alone, I think this all the time then I feel guilty later for wasting time!
