What is your favorite dish?

Dear Larish, I love to eat California Maki (California Roll). I used to order it whenever I go to Japanese Restaurant. Yummy Besides that, I like to order 'Chicken Karaage', &'Egg with batter, crab stick & mayonaise'! I enjoyed food very much, let it be Chinese Cuisine, Asian Cuisine, Korean Cuisine, Western Food, you name it, I love it! I learned to appreciate food, especially those from different cultures...once you get used to it, you will love it. Sometimes, the food taste weird at first, but after the second or third bites, you begins ti like it

Choosing just one dish is incredibly difficult! There are a lot I really like. I enjoy American food, some Mexican food, Italian, Chinese, etc. One of my absolute favorite Italian foods is lasagna. I have quite a few favorite Chinese and American dishes. I've actually never heard of California Maki - what is it?
