Do you like meeting new people?

Me I am very shy at first when meeting new people. I tend to get very nervous, I guess you could say I'm not so great at meeting new people. It takes me about a year or more to be comfortable around new people. So many people can say what's on their minds, but I have a problem with this.
I know though that I have to get used to it because I will always have to meet new people all throughout my life. Still I do love to meet new people.

I would consider myself pretty shy. I get nervous when I meet new people but I have to say that I enjoy meeting them. When my husband and I first moved to this new state I decided to find new friends via craigslist. It worked out really great but I was somewhat nervous to meet them for the first time. It went really well and now we're really great friends - but it's that initial meeting that can be stressful for someone who is shy!
