do you have a bathroom rug?

I know it sounds like a silly question. But I have been living with different people over the last couple of years. I always had at least a throw rug in the bathroom as I do not like to step out of the shower onto a cold floor. I just thought it odd that the families I've stayed with don't have one in the bathroom! That's one of the first things I buy when I move into a new place! Do you have a run in your bathrooms?

I have some bathroom rugs and every time I go to a hotel I put a towel down on the ground. I one dont want to slip and fall and two I just dont like stepping on the floor. I find it very odd when I go to a persons house and they dont have one. I usually find myself getting to use half the towel they give me cause I am standing on the other end.

I put towels on the floor when staying in hotels also! I also carry two towels to the bathroom for my shower. That way I have one to dry off with and one to step on when I get out of the shower! I have been so suprised that people didn't have them in their bathrooms too!

Yes! My mom is the decorator in my home and too thinks there should be a rug on the bathroom floor. I suppose I agree. It make the room feel much, much cozier.

It is indeed much more cozy to have a run in the bathroom. They make my feet happy when I am up at night for the bathroom run and when I am getting out of the shower.

Most places I have stayed have one in front of the toilet, but not one by the shower! I couldn't really figure that out. I usually have my shoes on at the toilet, and am bare foote at the shower! Seems backwards to me!

Yes I'm with you I need a bath rug in my bathroom. When I moved into my house that was the first things I picked up two bath rugs with the covers for the toilet and a shower curtain. Its to cold and really dangerous to step out of the shower without a rug depending on the type of flooring you have in the bathroom. I have ceramic floors in both my bathrooms so that would be very dangerous to step on with a wet foot.

Yep, those are usually the first things I shop for too! I gotta have a rug! - and of course a shower curtain!!

yes we have 3 rugs each bathroom. because when i was in high school, i was going to take a bath and suddenly i fell down because our bathroom was slippery and i got bruised..

See, there's yet another great reason to put rugs on the bathroom floor! However, I am sorry you got hurt! I hate the cold floors! When I get my own place again that will be one of the first things I buy!
