Any money making program that will earn money without an autoresponder?

I have encounter many great program in the past,but all of them will provide an autoresponder for you.That means the program will be more expensive to join in.And many great programs with great products and also with great autoresponder,so what?If you have no traffic,you won't have any sell at all.If anybody can recommend some great prgram which is free to join or less than 10 bucks to join in (one time payment and no more tricks after,please) and also with auto responder.I think I will be happy to know that.If you have some tips on drive traffic with programs like that,it will be much appreciated.I will probably consider to sign up under your link.I know it sounds hard but I just give it a try and post it on mylot anyway.Share with me?
