Can you carry on your plan?

Obviously,it's more easy to make plan than to carry on one.But when it comes to the importance to success,the two contributions are opposite. Most of us can make a good plan leading to the success,but few can carry on it.This may be the reason why there are so many losers in the world.I made a plan to study some computer skills in my winter vacation this year.But I found it's difficult to carry on when I was on it.I don't know why and I just have no motivation to keep on the original plan.How about you?Can you carry on your plan with your original motivation to achieve your goal?
