I love to bake and today I have decided that I would like to make some chocolate chip cookies. Now in my house baking doesn't last long, between my children and my husband, they eat them almost as fast as I can make them :). Today I would like to try a different recipie and I am hoping that someone here on mylot could help me out. I have only 3 hours until I start baking and I am hoping to get some interesting ideas from here by then, so cross your fingers. What kinds of cookies do you like to make? Do you prefer to bake them or buy them ready made? What is your favorite thing to bake? Any interesting reciepies? I would love to hear from you and will be looking forward to hearing all your great tips. Thanks and happy mylotting.

Me too love to bake cookies but here in Malaysia, usually people will start to bake cookies whenever festive season arrived.Almost every people will bake their own cookies at home and spend the whole day in the kitchen with baking in the oven.I prefer to bake them instead of buying.Buying cookies is expensive and the amount can only be enough to two person itself.I always bake around four to five types of cookies for Diwali...

Have a look at these! They are always a HUGE hit, and they are the easiest thing I've ever made. Not only that, but they're much healthier than other treats! They're kind of like a wonder food :) Pumpkin muffins: http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-detail.asp?recipe=36267 It's really just pumpkin and cake mix - I reccomend using chocolate cake mix instead of the mentioned carrot cake mix, kids and adults alike flock to those because it tastes just like chocolate cake. Also try adding ingredients like chocolate chips or nuts or crasins (especially good with the carrot cake mix...) if you'd like!
