I have no serious injuries while playing, but I do get one every training or practice games and that is the good "floor burns" they hurt, but it wont kill. I always get the, in the knee and my elbow.

It happens very often with me too, but what don't kill you, makes you stronger.

I love volley soooo much ^^ Nothing serious ever happened to me, but my friend sprained her ankle quite seriously. While the warming up she jumped to attack and another ball rolled under her feet. She landed on it and her articular capsule ruptured, whole ankle got bruised and began swelling. She couldn't play for quite long time after that..

I dislocated my knee at one point playing volleyball, but it wasn't too bad. Just had me in an immobilizer for a while after the doctor popped it back in. Volleyball has actually been one of the safer sports I've played, thank goodness!

Ah, nothing serious, some light bruises or stuff. The most serious is perhaps twisting my finger a little bit, but that wasn't big deal at all.
