What are the best alternatives to google adsense?

I'm still a newbie in blogging. And I'm having problem with adsense and now I don't want it anymore plus it has high minimum payout which is hard for me to reach so I deleted it. In adbrite I'm having problem loading some of their pages. Can you suggest other alternatives?

adbrite..i have $161 earnings there since June 2009. I am waiting for my check since it'll be generated Feb.1
