What kind of things do you do with pork chops?

I usually just do a basic fried chop, but I am looking for something different. What have you got?

This may sound like a no brainer, but our favorite way to fix pork chops is by using shake and bake for pork. They are always so moist on the inside and perfectly seasoned when we cook them this way. I also have good luck throwing them in the crock pot with some sauerkraut and carrots. Unfortunately, my children are not big fans of sauerkraut (big surprise, I know) but I think it tastes great.

I actually prefer to slice the chops up and use small pieces of meat. However, when I serve the chops whole i can think of no better way of cooking them than just grilled spread with orange marmalade or another, similar, sauce or jam. If you use orange marmalade make sure you use a chunky version so that the pieces of orange zest adhere to the meat.

I like to take pork chops, flour & brown them , put in a baking dish, cut up onions, peppers & tomatoes & a can of mushroom soup & bake in the oven covered for an hour or so. serve it over rice, noodles or whatever u prefer.

Try to do "adobo". One of the common menu here in our country (Philippines). Saute garlic, onion, then pork chop, ground pepper, add enough amount of soy sauce (depending on your preference if salty of not) after about a minute, add water enough to cook propely the pork chop. Add small amount of oyster sauce and let it simmer until meat is tender. You can add potatoes after adding water (optional). Happy cooking!
