Are there many likes - dislikes in your family- if so it must be a big problem for the one who cooks for the whole family; luckily in my family everyone eats everything cooked as there are no dislikes; likes everyone has but if there is a dislike then the problem starts. I heard my mother telling my aunt, when I was young, that luckily in our family no one had dislikes, otherwise cooking for each would be troublesome - this she was telling my aunt as in her family everyone including the aunt had dislikes- she herself did not like milk products, while her husband ( my uncle did not like carrots & cucumber, her son never touched food if it had cabbage and cauliflower and daughter did not like peas and lady-fingers!! So to cook something which contained what everyone ate evrytime was a real talent - hats off to my aunt for managing the family meals till her death at the age of 65!!So what about you all there- any dislikes?

Hah interesting discussion. For myself, there are TONS of likes and dislikes. I am a very picky eater. I have gotten a little bit better over the years, but for the most part I am still pretty picky in what I eat. There are a bunch of vegetables that I dont like such as tomatoes (technically a fruit but I like to think that its a vegetable), squash, beans, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, and others. Other things that I dont like are meatloaf, spaghetti with spaghetti sauce on it, onions in my food and on their own unless its onion rings, and there is a whole lot more but I cant really think of anything else. My family is not nearly as picky as me though, but sure they have dislikes as well. My mom doesnt really like seafood. My dad also doesnt like brussel sprouts. And Im not really sure what my brother doesnt like but there must be something that he does not like.
