Paid2youtube : 10+ ads to 2 and today nothing to click...Is that going away ?

Hello friends, There was a time, say 3 months back, when per day earning at this site was upto 10 cents ( and some days much more, if you were lucky to get to comment or join group..I was on some occasions ) then later there were to 2 ads ( and some time 1 only ) to click / view..and today, there's nothing at least since 4 hours back.. Is that site going away ? many have received payment from this site and so far said to be a legit site..Please share your views..Thanks
