with today's heinous crime committed against anyone, with a blatant corruption in the government, and other unimaginable crime committed against human dignity, one may ponder, will DEATH PENALTY help reduce this crimes? if not, then what can we do to punish those who have committed crimes? and what can we do to at least warn people not to commit such things to other human being? what is your view on this?
