Does anyone know of a site that I can join for free and then make money sending emails? Kind of like a marketing site or an affiliate site. I do not want ones that I have to pay for nor do I want ones that are complicated to do. Just ones that send out emails to others that people have to fill out. Thanks so much.

Don't think any site will pay you to send e-mails as they've got normal computer programs that can do that so why would they waste time in hiring someone. There are many other stuff you can do, but not as an e-mailer. Please be warned that if someone was offering you this type of job and you need to pay for it then stay FAR away from them.
