Is paid 2 you tube a scam?

Hi guys I have been a member of paid to you tube for a while, a site that you get paid to view you tube videos. I used to get a lot of videos to view but recently I get only a few or none at all. I would like to know if it is legit so I can forget about it. I have not invested though I don't like to invest in a site until I have bold face proof that they are genuine.
