Hi Hubfee. I am sorry but you can't delete it. It will be posted live for everyone to see. Many members are asking for this feature at myLot. Hopefully, the webmaster will grant it to us being that it is very much needed. We would also like to be able to delete any of our discussions that we started.

There are a number of reasons why MyLot are reluctant to allow us to delete or edit discussions.
1) If it were possible to delete a discussion which already had a number of responses, we would be in the position of denying earnings to our fellow members. There would be a bigger outcry about that, I think, than there is about Admin deleting discussions because of Guideline violation.
2) The argument against editing discussions is that someone might post a discussion and get some responses but then might change it altogether and thus make nonsense of some of the responses.
You have to think not only of what would be convenient for oneself but also of how it would impact other members. MyLot isn't perfect, perhaps, but it is clearly workable the way it is provided one takes a little care.

hi hubfee nopoe I had the same thing happen to me so I'
immediately contacted mylot and told them about my double
posting of a discussion. I asked them to delete but they'
did not do so, because I imagine they did not want to delete
the number of responses I did get on both of my duplicate'discussions. Mylot is the only people who can delete'
our posts,we cannot do that our selves. I think perhaps you can ask a friend to put it up for deletion but whether or not mylot admins will do it or not is up to them.

Any discussions that you post, and you want to change them, or delete them, you can't once they are posted. You can however edit them before you post them, which I have had to do with my posts a few times, but other than that, any posts that violate the TOS and such, will be deleted by mylot. All someone has to do is report the one that you want deleted, and mylot will take care of it. I know, it would be nice if we could delete them ourselves, but we can't, and I don't think we ever will be albe to. I hope this helps. Good luck to you and happy mylotting.
