How often do you say sorry using mobile text, telephone, email? Do you mind if someone ask sorry using those modern technology? or would you still want that person to say it personally?

I accept that someone says sorry via technolgy but no apology is better than an up front and personal sorry. I say sorry personality unless there is no other way to get that communicated. Technology allows me a way to say sorry when I can not be with that person. Like I live in NC but my family lives in MN. I can not personally fly to MN to say sorry every time that I might have to apologize.

I prefer a "sorry" said personally, be it coming from me or someone apologizing to me. I would appreciate it more. In case the only way to reach the person at that time is thru the phone or online, I think it's still good to say sorry when you already want to...so to prevent things from blowing out of proportions. But it's better when the apology is proven personally when the chance comes.

Most people find it difficult to say sorry. I struggle to do so as well. If someone apologises to me in any form, I think them very strong. Personally when I do something wrong I prefer to apologise face to face.
