Health scare?

Have you ever had a health problem that made you wake up?I ask because I remember my uncle had passed away back in "1998".He was warned about his heart condition and that he had better quit smoking and eat healthier.He didn't suceed.He tried to quit smoking and I remember he wouldn't.He didn't even change his diet to eat better.I was so sad when he died.He had to have heart surgery to unclog an artery caused by smoking,and he didn't survive it.If I got a warning like that I'd rather suffer from the with draws from smoking.I would want to live.Have you changed your life style due to health?
