What is a good age for sled riding?

The winter seas on is upon us with all of its furty and glory. Sled riding is a winter actvity that can be enjoyed by many. Is sled riding just for kids? What do you think is a good age for sled riding?

I believe that sled riding can and should be enjoyed but all ages. There is no age limit or age frame on sledding. My family and a few of our friends just went sledding last winter and there were kids as young as three years old and adults as old as 39 there and it was a great time. We were planning on going this yer but haven't yet got around to it yet and the weather has been nice lately so most of the snow has since melted into ice and while we might get a faster run I don't think that the landing will feel that good against the ice...

It's great to have something outdoors that everyone can enjoy. The youth group from my church goes sled riding together. Even the pastor joins in. Thanks for responding.
