Your cell phone fall in water!

Everyone of us are using cell phones. Sometimes we are very busy in talking on the phone. But imagine if you are talking on a very important issue and in the mean while your cell phone falls in water then what you will do? In my opinion as a first aid for this one should open the cell phone case and put it in the sunlight. If anybody among you can come up with a better idea then please do not forget to contact me. My cell phone fell in a tub of soapy water just the other day. I wasn't talking on it, but I didn't have it hooked securally enough around my waist eaither. It popped off when I was leaning over the tub, which had our cat's litter boxes in them soaking and being cleaned. I pulled it out right away, and there was already water damage. Now the thing won't turn on. Its been a couple of days so I doubt that it'll work anymore.

Best thing to do would be to remove the battery and sim card. Do not turn the phone on. This is only cause short circuits and you'll end up with a fried motherboard. Then, take it and dry it out in the sun or use a hairdryer. Let it dry for at least a day before you turn it on. If it doesn't work, send the phone to a repairman

If my cell phone falls into the water then I would go mad and the first thing I will do is take out the mobile from there and get everything(sim,battery,memory card) and let it dry and then try to get in contact with the same person as some important issue would have been going on and then look at what can be done to the phone.
