What is your best way of relaxation ?

Each work day, we go through a series of stressful moments. By the time one gets back home, one becomes so tired and exhausted. For me, the best way for getting rid of the stresses and relaxation is listening to classical music. How about for you ? What is the best way of relaxation ?

Hi my friend Green Line. When I went to a stressful meeting on a Monday afternoon I would cycle home afterwards and all the stress would disappear. I like to have a warm relaxing bath with some lavender soap. I like to listen to some calm sounding music. I find it relaxing to sit in my armchair whilst I hear the music. It is helpful for me to close my eyes and think of a tropical beach.

I have found two things really relax me- either listening to soothing music or playing with my little daughter.Her pleasure takes away all the fatigue in me and really relaxes me.It also gives a sort of satisfaction that I have been able to spend some time with her.

The best way for me to relax after a long, busy day is to eat delicious foods and sleep after eating. these two activities are really my favorite hobbies. I feel so relaxed every after waking up and having at least 8 hours of sleep. I also enjoy eating because fortunately, I have good appetite. I used to eat outside, in a very good restaurant when I feel totally stressed about somethings.

The best way of relaxation to me is sleeping.After When i feel tired,I just wanna go to bed to sleep and i don't wanna someonr to disturb me. Maybe only sleep can make me feel happy

There are a few good ways to relax. Some ways are listening to music, doing yoga or some kind of exercise, deep breathing, taking a nap or resting, and there are others but those are pretty much all that I can think of at the moment. My favourite method of relaxing is listening to music. Music can completely change your mood and make you feel so happy, its unbelievable. I think its a great way to relax.. And combining music with exercise, especially yoga is quite good.

When i was still working in the office before, i would listen to the music in my car while i am driving. By the time, when i had reached home, i am not really stressful anymore. During at home, i will bath warm water with carmomile and jasmine favour liquid bath foam. With that kind of nice smells around, you can easily feels relax and stay active again. Even now, whenever i am exhaust and tired by my household works, i will do the same to be able to stay calm and active again. Besides that, i will always switch on my favorite music in the background, to ease the bore when i am at home whole day.

hi dear friend.. i do simple relaxation...i go to the parlor clean my nails or getting my hair done.. cutting or coloring it... it feels good after that..it really relieves stress or problems that you've been encountering.. going to a spa massage!is a good idea too...but makes me weak and sleepy every time i do a massage.. i also do shopping all day..its all about me and the shopping..lol!hehehheeh! that makes me feel happy.. or not i just watch dvds in my house with my hubby... very romantic and good we can spend quality time together... relaxation really don't need to spend lots of money.. that rather adds more stress to us!!..hehehehe! thanks! great post! happy posting!..

Hi. The best way of relaxation for me is listening to audio books with my eyes closed while sitting on our swing in the rooftop. The cool air in the rooftop helps me to relax while listening. Sometimes, I would just lie day and read books or magazines.

I like making a delicious food for myself.If i was so tired, i will go out for supper.Then go back home, have a cup of tea, not coffee, because i will not fall asleep if i drink coffee at night,LOL. I like having a warm bath before go to bed, it is very comfortable and help to sleep well.

My way: before sleep, i'm relaxing and then dream about different lives, i create a world with my own personages, my own laws, ect... It relax me a lot and I forget all problems and stress! Sometimes then i stop this "dream", i'm feeling a little sad because this world where we live are very different and sad from mine...

hello greenline... for me, the best way to relax is to have a good sleep... and also sometimes i just like to stay in the shower taking bath and let the water wash away any stressful thoughts on my mind and i feel so free & relaxed whenever i am in the shower...haha coz the sounds of the water actually relaxes me... sometimes i just take a deep breath...sigh & sigh & sigh! haha

For me .....the best way of relaxation is by having a nap................ a nap of 2-3 hrs makes me absolutely refreshed......... So after coming back from work........ i always take a 2-3 hr nap........... its my way of relaxation and getting destressed............. it also makes my mind fresh so that i ca think clearly...........

I used to enjoy playing drums! after a session I had enjoyed playing music... taken out any anger by hitting hard on the drums and energized myself. Too bad I don't have a drum set anymore.
