Over the years, I've noticed that people with the same name act very much the same. There are the "snobby" names, successful names, bratty names and nice names. When you think of your friends and all the people you know that have the same name, aren't they more alike in personality than different? My name means sweet.

My name is actually created by my parents as a combination of the name Doris and the name Ann. They took the meanings of the two names and combined them to come up with the meaning being "coming from the sea with grace." I think that this is a great meaning for my name and also for my own personality. I grew up as a swimmer and I really do love everything that has to do with the water.
