why oh we do we still use ebay just logged onto ebay after not using it for a few months and geez the fee's have gone through the roof, why oh why do people still use ebay if people stopped using it as it isn't that cheap now a days on there then ebay have to drop their fee's saying that I am using a different site now thats a heck of a lot cheaper lol, as I be-grudge paying the ridiculous fee's that ebay charge.

i often look at ebay but seldom spend my hard earned cash there. i find that ebay is awfully hard on its sellers but with out them, they would have no business! i also hate that people list things for a penny but charge an arm and a leg for shipping AND ebay allows this! crazy!

yeah that really annoys me too, especially when I get the item and they charge lets say 6 uk pounds for postage but the stamp says 60p they get a negative rating as they should charge a decent amount for postage not ramp the postage up so they don't get charged the fee's on the postage.

I was talking with my son just yesterday and he said he doesn't use it for selling anymore. He has some stuff he wants rid of and was checking out the going rate on ebay. There were people putting CDs on with a starting price of 1p and 5p... given that I believe they now have to offer free p&p and it will cost 60pence or more to send, plus ebay fees, paypal fees (if applicable) they'd be better off slinging them in the bin or, better still, taking them to their local charity shop! My son now uses a site which has no listing fees.

yeah listing items on ebay is ridiculously expensive, cd's etc etc may as well just whizz them off to charity shops to be honest yeah there are far better sites out there and a lot cheaper

To be honest I have virtually stopped using eBay now. The fees have gone through the roof, especially for the small sellers, and with all the restrictions and problems it isn't worth the effort anymore.

Well, I don't know, what goods you were looking for when you discovered that prices have rocketed sky high. I personally find that many things can be bought there for a much lower price than in shop (even though there is a shipping fee added). Another advantage of eBay is the wide choice of goods there. I order collectible toy sets from there, it's the only place I can find them on. I wonder if you have visited the Amazon store? That seems to be a hell of an expensive place!
