Smoking kills

Smoking has turned into a trend in the recent years.Surveys shows children smoke the most when they are influenced by elders.Cigarette packets have a warning against cancer these days but nobody pays any attention to those warnings.Do you think that the government should do something to stop this cause smoking does kill.Smoking is one of the biggest killers in the world.So why do we kill ourselves knowing the harmful effects of cigarettes?? Why does smoking becomes an addiction which kills??

i was a heavy smoker too. but now i've almost quit smoking. sometimes i use to smoke after meal or while drinking. that's it! i'm aware of it's effect on health. people ought to now it too. my dad's a chain smoker and he's nearly 65 now. but he's still healthy. that's because he does yoga and other exercises regularly. so people should either quit or reduce smoking considerably, or do something about their like my dad.

Well your dad may seem healthy on the outside but his lung is surely not healthy.I dont think yoga cant stop tar from accumulation in your lungs.

I'm Smoker 9 Years, and Still Alive... Anyway Smoking Kills-Its Fact. Few Days Ago I Read Magazine That Smoking Is Killink Because There is Only One "Detail" in It Which Harms... Need To Take it Out and The Smoking Will Be Like Eating... :))

Brilliant! How do you know that they don't even bother about those WARNING? Better don't show to children when they smoke. What is the best idea do you have to stop smokers from smoking? Seriously, I patiently wait for your answer...Happy Mylotting.

Smoking does not make one manly.
Moreover women also smoke.I really dont think they want to look manly

This is our health and we have to take care of this. If you thought govt will do some thing they can only create awareness among us. And more over the goverment is getting huge revenue in term of taxes why they will ban such thing.

smoking kills?/well i dont think so....may be it depends from person to person....some persons get affected early but some take a lot of time and some does not........it do affects everybody somehow or the other but it does not turn fatal for everybody.....i myself do smoke

Who said smoking doesnt kil??This is probably the most outrageous post i have ever received.Everyone knows it kills.But it depends who want to kill themselves..Thats all.I rest my case!

Great topic. I currently smoke. I have started on the path to quitting. Monday will be my official date. I am taking the recommended steps to help me be more successful. I will be getting the lozenges today to help me through the worst of it. It's a hard addiction and habit to get over, but I am ready for the challenge.

I really hope you quit smoking.Chewing gums are the best way.Whenever you feel like smoking have a gum.It should help you a lot.
