Nowadays quite many people have some kind of allergy. It may be a pet allergy or a food one.
I have a food allergy: I can't eat carrot and peas. I also can't take pollen, so spring is a tough time for me.
I had some more allergies in the past, when I was a kid, but luckily they have passed. In my childhood I couldn't eat tomatoes, lemons, oranges, chocolate, coconuts. The weird thing is that I was able to eat carrots back then.
Some allergies pass and some appear as you get older.
Do you have any allergies? What do you do to somehow soften the effects of an allergy?

I have allergy to lots of things.First of all ,my allergy to sun rays. Whenever, i come out in sunny days, i feel pin pricking sensation over my body, especially on my back and hands. So, whenever i come out , i wear a full shirt and a banyan inside. I get a bit relief.
Secondly, i am allergic to excess sweet. Whenever, i take too much sweets and chocolates,i get rashes developed on my skin. So, nowadays i'm very careful while dealing with sweets and chocolates.
Thirdly, my allergy to dust ,makes me sneeze heavily when i come in contact with dust. This ocassionaly occurs when i use to clean up my room.
Then i've allergy to prawn and crabs. Although, i love to have them but after eating them i feel discomfort in my stomach. So, i've to take antacid and a pain killer for relief of symptoms.
