I saw the ads of the movie Legion in one of the newspapers and I saw that the characters have wings. They also carry firearms in one of their hands. I did not have the immediate impression that they are angels if not for their birdlike wings. There were two pictures, both were masculine men, both also have firearms. Upon reading the review, I have learned that the men I saw in the pictures were the main characters, Gabriel, the angel who was tasked to execute god's plan for the world. the other one was Michael, the archangel whose role was to help the humans. It was said that the two will be in conflict with each other. Gabriel was said to be ready to execute gods orders to the end while Michael, ever full of hope for the human race tried to delay what will happen, hoping for hope against hope. The movie's director said that regardless of one's orientation when it comes to religion, anybody can relate to the movie considering that the plot of the story did not deal on a particular per se but on the characters themselves. I just wonder where did they get the idea that angels would carry guns in the end times. It is a bit funny, alarming and in a way woth watching. Regards

I have seen this movie several times now and enjoy how it is a combination action/horror/drama film. I really like the special effects and just enjoy the movie for what it is: A movie. There is no real message there for a true Christian to learn from. It's about entertainment and nothing more. I have to applaud that the angels fighting each other ended the way it did. I thought the actor who played Gabriel did an outstanding job. It made sense that an angel being sent to destroy another angel would feel anguish and pain. I saw that all over his face as the two fought. It also made sense that neither of them could really die like humans. The story was plausible but still, not based any real Christian fact and we should only enjoy it for entertainment and nothing more. The end gives the impression that we may see a Legion 2 one day, but unless this movie does well, I doubt it.
