Seriously? LOL!
I do own a bundt pan and make bundt cake but I never knew it was worthy of a 'National Day' of celebration; )
Here's a good (Thanksgiving) Pumpkin Bundt Cake recipe:
PREP TIME 10 Min
COOK TIME 50 Min
READY IN 1 Hr
SERVINGS 16
INGREDIENTS
1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
1 (3.4 ounce) package instant butterscotch pudding mix
4 eggs
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup canned pumpkin
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup Whipped cream
DIRECTIONS
In a large mixing bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. Beat on low speed for 30 seconds; beat on medium for 4 minutes. Pour into a greased and floured 10-in. fluted tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 50-55 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 15 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve with whipped cream if desired.
