I was trying to upload an image to another discussion I started but was having difficulty with it. However, what I had typed STAYED!!! It didn't go pinging off into the ether the way discussions would previously if there was a problem. Hallelujah! Who do we thank for this, Alice?

a few times, i lost my discussions even when i did not upload my images .. as my flow of thoughts has already been put into words, i give up starting that discussion ..
now days i work smart .. before submitting my discussion or comment, i highlight n copy my work .. then i submit, if it fails , i just paste it again ..

I started doing that, too, if I thought it might happen, but you don't always know when it might happen. And now, we don't have to.

Well, I really appreciate it. I can't tell you how many times the site has given me an argument when trying to upload an image, then having everything I typed disappear.

I HATE when that happens!!!
I added an add-on from Firefox that remembers what you have typed in cases like that. I changed computers and don't have it now, But I think I will try to find it and re-add it.
THANKS for reminding me of it!
I am gonna have to try adding a photo now to see how it works!!

For ages I couldn't get photos to upload to a discussion, although they were fine on my profile. I use an Apple computer so put it down to the vagaries of a different system. However, one day the photo just uploaded and they have ever since. Here's one that I did earlier of the place that I get sent to when I am naughty!
