Why people doing DayDreaming?

Hey! I have a habit of day dreaming when I have no work to do or when I was travelling or when I was lonely. I like it a lot too. I want to know why we are doing this.. I want to know the opininon of all you people on day dreaming. Mostly what will you be think about on day dreaming. Share your opinion.
