I never grind my teeth during sleep, but I often hear my husband's teeth. he was grinding his teeth while sleeping. I heard a laugh, because this is a funny thing.

Yes I do. It usually happens when I am stressed out. I also fight, snore, talk, punch, toss, turn and many other things in my sleep. Depending on who is around some think it is funny and try to interact with me while I am doing these things. I am probably the worst person when I am asleep. It takes a really strong person to want to deal with all of that coming from another person.

I don't have this behavier, but my BF sometimes does. I can wake up in the midnight by his noise of grinding teeth. The main reason for grinding teeth I know is 1) great pressure especially on psychology 2)lack of zinc 3)with parasite

Oh, No! But I know one, he is my older brother. It just weired isn't it? Why does it happen? I don't like the sound of that when I heard it. What could be the reason why they grind their teeth, why not snore? LOL, as if they can choose what will they do when they sleep.

No, i dont do such an activity....:)....but i have seen my dad do it while sleeping.I think that usually comes with age factor,as you get older you tend to grind teeth(i am not talking about all).It may also be a consequence of unstable state of mind or consciousness....
