well i have been friends with many couples.many of my friends have boyfriends and girldfriends but most of them have age difference of two to threee years,at the same time there are couples of the same age too... but i found out that couples having age differences have a very good understanding mong each other,on the other hand same age couples are a bit suspectful.... is it really the case??does maturity of one partner do become a very important criterion for a relationship to be stable??

Unfortuantely in some cases yes. But it is a decision, you have to live with and that partner need to eccept it. Have a nice day.

Age shouldn't make a difference in a relationship as long as both of them are mature enough to handle it. It only becomes a problem when outside factors interfere like friends, relatives, other people.. As long as there's love between the two people involved then it can be as stable as any other kinds of relationships.

I think it depends on how both lovers handles their relationship and how mature they are. Maturity is also important but understanding is the most important one.
