I have heard of this over and over again in the net and I don't know where you can apply this. I mean there was a forum saying you can apply online in EON? How does it work? I'm really new in this Paypal verification thing and just wanted to know the steps. By the way I live in the Philippines any Pinoys out there who can help me out thank you in advance. ^^
