How many wars are happening now in The Middle East?

How many wars are happening now in the Middle East? Every one knows about the jews and the Palestians but what other scirmishes are happening?Are the Syrians orthe lebanese fighting what about the Yemen's? Where the recent terrorist is from. All these scirmishes have an impact on further US and Arab relations. Which one effects us more?

i think that its not only the US who is affected by the conflict in the middle east. the whole world is one way or another caught up in this age old conflict. i think that once democracy, not just the american way of democracy but democracy as seen by the people in the region. this and of-course the recognition of each others right to exist will go along way in ending this conflict.
