Help! My hamster going to die???

People said that the hamster just have two years'life.
And one of my hamster is 2 years'old.She can't eat any more as usual
And everyday she just stay in her house
She doesn't play her toy wheel anymore which make me feel nurvous
What happen to my hamster?
Does she going to die like people said?
