tigers vs. lions (who's more dominate)

I think tigers are the most intriguing of cat in the entire felidae species and are far more pretty and exotic than the Lion. Tigers have potential to grow bigger, but I wonder who's more dominate? They call the Lion the king of beast (I then it's most because of his mane), but which of these big cats would be the aggressor?.
