good diet

Hi I would like to discuss about good diet. A balanced diet can lead to a complete well being. A daily diet should inlude carbohydrate, protein vitamin and minerals.Wheat, leafy vegetables , fish, egg ,fruits, milk in daily diet comprises a balanced diet

Hi, Welcome to Mylot.. As you said, a balanced diet is very important to lead a healthy life. On a funny side, it is easy to tell someone to eat so and so food everyday but it is really difficult to follow it regularly :) It also depends upon the availability of required food items.

You are right. But we can make it interestive and tasty if we are experimenting different food types from the same source.See from wheat we can make chapati ,dosa, a semisolid variety with milk.A lternatly you can try this, It can be applied on veg as well as non vg.. Once we are conscious about our health the taste wont matter much Ihope.

definitely.. we should know how to regulate the intake of those food item.The chapathi prepared from wheat can be oily or non oily. A hypertensive can always go for a non oily type . they can reduce intake of egg.

My diet consists of all organic foods and sometimes a little dairy free wheat bread. To me this is a very good diet. I do not consume ANY dairy products or meat products. This diet seems to work for me. :) Sometimes I consume a little sardines every now and then but that's rarely.
