Unemployed registered nurses?

Hi, I am a registered nurse,I passed December 2007 and until now I have no job related to my career. Anyone her have the same status as I am? What do you do? And are you still pursuing your career by taking care of all your papers to go abroad.

I am not a nurse but I am very much familiar of many nurses working on an another field. I also train a lot of nurses on emergency care programs such as first aid, cpr, intubation, basic ecg and most of them tell me that its really hard to find a work related to their profession. That is why, most of them work in a different field. I do hope that the government can help to insure that there are better opportunities and work not only for nurses but for any unemployed as well.

Hopefully this gets addressed with the new administration now, I don't know but this is for me is very alarming cause there's still a lot of nursing students out there hoping that they will get a good job after graduation and after all the hardship but then end up with a job not related to what they were trained for. This is just so sad.. I hope nursing students wakes up and realize the real deal of being a nursing graduate in the country. It's not as easy as it seem before..
