Eye Glasses!!!

I hate wearing eyeglasses and I can't wear contact lens because everyone tells that it is dangerous.Can anyone give few ways to reduce eye power?

contact lenses are not at all dangerous if you follow the instructions and use sterile cleaners and soaks. however there are other options - you can do eye exercises which are not enormously effective but might slightly improve your vision. the permanent solution is laser eye surgery - which is expensive but means you will not need to buy contact lenses or glasses.
